Definition:"Real estate sales agent" or "sales agent" means any person employed by or on behalf of an agency to perform real estate brokerage services in a training capacity and licensed by the commission as a sales agent. The brokerage services for clients should be involved in the investment, development, sales, bargaining and planning design of real estate.
The detail responsibilities of sales agents include:
Offer all information about related law, regulation, policy, news and techniques for clients.
Check and analyze real estate item, research and evaluate the economic value and price of the real estate item.
Be commissioned by clients, do the following business activities concerned real estate item on behalf of clients:
Market investigation, market research, land evaluation, planning advices, product positioning, scheme direction, sales strategy, sale training, sales instruction, investment analysis.
