Based on “SINOGRAND Agencies Joining License Contract” and “SINOGRAND Operation Regulation”, the rights and mortgages of both Sino Grand and Joining Agencies are fully independent, their businesses follow their own decision. In fact, Sino Grand is the consultant of joining agencies rather than the superior of joining agencies.
Thirdly, Sino Grand provides all respects of support as much as possible to regional joining agencies. By use of any available resources, Sino Grand tries to offer a solid platform to all joining members for their business operation.

Joining Qualifications
Please find the following two methods to join Sino Grand:

1. If you are willing to become a member of our regional joining agency, the following conditions are required:
· Good Credit Standing
In the past three years, thanks to Sino Grand’s credit standing, Sino Grand has made great achievement and become more and more popular in the field of real estate agency. In order to extend our service to more regions in the country, we established the agent joining system to develop our business. We believe that Sino Grand’s success must depend on the success in each region. So, any joining regional agencies should be in well-operation and have good credit standing in local area.
· A sound finance management system
To establish a regional joining agency, many finance affairs, such as joining fee, rights fee, business development fee, training fee, etc., will be involved, which need much finance investment. So, as a regional joining agency, you have to have a solid finance power.
· Familiar with local real estate market
It is impossible for you to root Sino Grand’s business in local real estate market or to foresee the trend of market and lead market in the future if you don’t have a clear and deep understanding of the operation method and detail situation of local real estate market.
· Good social relationship
Since real estate industry closely connects with many others industries in the society, a regional joining agency must have a good social relationship and a strong negotiation ability.

2. If you are willing to become our cooperation agency, the following conditions are required:
If no regional joining agency in the region, there are two forms to become cooperation agency, one is company cooperation agency, the other is personal cooperation agent. The joining conditions include:

· Be able to undertake a item dependently and have a comprehensive negotiation ability.
· For personal agent, he/she is willing to cooperate with Sino Grand and has an item under discussion.
· For real estate development company, it is holding several items and has abundant capital prepared. With its capital, it is willing to operate the items by use of Sino Grand’s techniques.
· As a cooperation joining partner of Sino Grand, it is not the only agency branch in this region. It undertakes obligations or enjoys rights according to the agreement.
